who are we
CannEvolve is a medical cannabis clinic that provides its patients with in-person, virtual, and out-of-province appointments to ensure patient access to quality care and to reduce gaps in treatments. CannEvolve also offers education, follow-up support, and consulting to patients to help them navigate plant based medicine and treatments. These services are offered by our dedicated and knowledgeable team of administrative staff, physicians, and patient consultants.
CannEvolve is located on 17th Ave SE, also known as International Avenue. Similar to the diverse community in which the clinic is located, CannEvolve supports a diverse array of patients from all walks of life.
